During my recent Easter stay, I enjoyed the spacious and modern rooms with large bathrooms. The food at the hotel was also excellent and offered a variety of options for both Indian and European cuisine. the staff provided helpful guidance for exploring nearby attractions and the location was conveniently close to a main attraction.
The unprofessional attitude of the hotel staff when they did not provide the room type I had booked well in advance. Another inconvenience was the confusion the owner had with payment methods, only accepting cash and sometimes not providing correct change.

The hotel's location is quite close to Dal Lake, which is one of the main attractions in the area. It's easily accessible and convenient. the staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too, with both Indian and European options available.
Surrounding area cleanliness was a bit lacking.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to the Dal Lake and other main attractions. We could easily explore the area and even hire a car for sightseeing. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent room service and always ensuring we had a comfortable stay. They even helped us with recommendations on places to visit and made sure we had delicious breakfast and dinner. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations.
